More than 8 years experience in Visual Communications and Business development.

Born in the Holy City - Banaras , India , Latika did her schooling from CHGS, VNS and B.Com (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University .

She always had a vision to work on her own and be her own boss, so after graduation, she moved to Delhi and started looking for the opportunities. Since she didn’t have any business background, her father being in service, she didn’t know from where to start and there was no one for guidance. But she was surely determined for her goal.

She got linked with Crest-a Production House and learned the first letter of design from there. She was not employed there but she used to visit there often and watch people working. Observing is half learning. That is very well said. So from there she got her breakthrough and got the dimensions to explore and her journey started.

She started learning design tools and software on her own and slowly started with small clients. Working on small design projects, she learned all what couldn’t have been taught in a training school. She didn’t ever go to any training institute and made up her mind to learn while working on live projects.

Slowly she started grasping the flow and her clientele had grown from small to big and large. She started Graphicore – Design Studio with an investment of one PC and a single designer. There were several Stones that came on the way and were converted into Milestones and several yet to come, which would definitely be converted.

Today, Graphicore is a Visual Communications service provider group with talented associates in different fields.

Her vision is to work on a different model with a concept of office less association. We work with people from specific hubs. This saves time and increases efficiency, so resulting into quality output.
